Welcome to your Sales Simplicity Help Center! I'm sure you already know our support staff ranks among the best in the industry. Our new help center is designed to give you better, cleaner, more transparent insight into your support requests.

Initially, we'll be ironing out our internal business process around the new ticket system. We've migrated your contact info and open tickets from our old system, so you may already have an account. If you do, you can click on "Submit a request" above to create a new ticket.

Eventually, we'll be growing our self-service options here in the help center to offer you the ability to search for an article to learn a task, or ask fellow users for solutions to problems.

    It would be helpful if I could view all support tickets from our Company so that we could ensure your team is not having to address issues that we could solve internally ourselves.  I can do this with BMT and would love to be able to do it with SS as well.  Looking forward to the expanded Knowledgebase!
