Initially, we'll be ironing out our internal business process around the new ticket system. We've migrated your contact info and open tickets from our old system, so you may already have an account. If you do, you can click on "Submit a request" above to create a new ticket.
Eventually, we'll be growing our self-service options here in the help center to offer you the ability to search for an article to learn a task, or ask fellow users for solutions to problems.
